Ingredients:

  • 4 bone-in pork chops (about 1 inch thick)

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • ½ cup pepper jelly (any variety you love)

  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat)

  • .1g RSO (Available in Dispensary)

Instructions:

  1. Season & Sear the Pork Chops

    • Pat the pork chops dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.

    • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

    • Sear the pork chops for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

  2. Make the Glaze

    • In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add the pepper jelly, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Stir until combined.

    • Simmer for 2 minutes until the mixture thickens slightly.

  3. Infuse with RSO

    • Remove the glaze from heat, then stir in your measured dose of RSO. Mix well to distribute evenly.

  4. Coat & Finish Cooking

    • Return the pork chops to the skillet, spooning the glaze over them.

    • Cook for another 3-4 minutes, flipping once, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.

  5. Serve & Enjoy

    • Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving. Drizzle extra glaze over the top and pair with roasted veggies or garlic mashed potatoes for the ultimate infused feast!
