420 Flow Eruption Cake

Ingredients
1 stick of butter (8 Tablespoons), plus a pad for greasing
less than .25 gram* of RSO Available at Thrive
(75% THC RSO = 750mg THC, 750mg x .25 g = 187.5mg THC, 187.5mg THC / 6 servings = 31.25mg THC/servings)
4 ounces of super-dark chocolate
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
½ cup of sugar
2 Tablespoons of sifted cocoa powder
2 Tablespoons of powdered sugar (optional)
Instructions
Butter and lightly dust six ramekins with cocoa powder. Place 6 ramekins on a cookie sheet.
In a double boiler, on low heat, melt butter and RSO together, stirring occasionally.
Once the RSO has melted and is completely mixed, add the chocolate, stirring occasionally. When the chocolate has melted, turn off the heat and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix the eggs, yolks, and sugar together. Gradually, drizzle in the infused melted chocolate and mix well.
Pour into 6 prepared ramekins filling them about ½ to 2/3 full.
Bake for 7 minutes at 450 degrees. Be sure not to overcook.
Turn out onto a plate and dust with powdered sugar.
